Product Costing, Inventory Business Process Expert
HaleonBusiness Process Expert responsible for shaping and improving product costing and inventory processes at Haleon. Collaborate across teams to enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape, measure and continuously improve process elements to deliver business value.
- Partner with the Business Process Owner (BPO) and other BPEs to manage the current process, ensuring proposed changes are aligned to the intended future state.
- Define the future end-to-end process vision and roadmap, ensuring high-quality, well-controlled and user-centric processes.
- Support the BPO in maximising value delivery through rigorous performance management, adoption oversight and continuous improvement activities.
- Champion the interest of the process vision, ensuring priorities are reflected in programme decision-making and feedback loops are effective.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience working in complex, global organisations, ideally within Consumer Health, or FMCG sectors.
- S4Hana experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills: ability to analyse complex processes, understand workflow patterns, and identify inefficiencies.
- Process focus: leverages process knowledge to identify opportunities, work with stakeholders to drive and implement change.
- System understanding: experienced in data flows and information tools and can apply emerging trends.
- Effective governance: applies knowledge of policies to identify control gaps and design solutions/control measures. Reviews process performance (KPIs and SLAs) and adherence to policies and frameworks.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to plan, manage, and execute process improvement initiatives.
- Controls and compliance: has in depth understanding of the control environment of business and works closely with risk management.
