About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute a profitable selling strategy managing key relationships at Costco Wholesale
- Negotiate customer agreements against annual Haleon operating plans
- Prepare and conduct monthly/quarterly internal presentations
- Identify value-creation opportunities to build trust and support execution of initiatives
- Lead key activities to progress career and consistently deliver against sales and customer profitability targets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Strategy, Operations, and Finance for execution excellence
- Document complex issues and proposals succinctly to present to groups
- Proactively identify competitive activity at Costco
- Work closely with Haleon Customer Marketing teams to ensure complete communication of trends and opportunities for brand development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- 5 + years’ experience working directly with Costco and/or other large customers.
- Experience with Circana (IRI), POS data, Retail Link, and Category Management
- Strong Analytics & business acumen - proven track record of success in account management with a focus on fact based, analytical selling
