About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive the execution of strategic transformation initiatives
  • Understand changes impacting the assigned Operating Unit
  • Ensure alignment to Haleon’s culture strategy throughout change planning
  • Proactively support the delivery and adoption of change
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs and potential areas of resistance
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of local communications and engagement plans
  • Build a holistic change capability strategy and plan
  • Review and report on change outcomes and benefits

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record of executing change programmes within complex, matrixed environments
  • Proficiency with portfolio-level change management
  • Ability to translate an enterprise-level change strategy into an executable plan
  • Strong understanding of change management best practice
  • Ability to effectively influence and navigate across a broad ecosystem of business stakeholders
  • Strong problem solving and planning skills
  • PROSCI and/or APMG Change Practitioner certification preferred but not essential
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations
  • Solid understanding of how people experience change and the drivers of change
  • Strong data fluency
