About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will take ownership across the entire growth engine: Meta Ads & performance marketing
Creative strategy
Ad copy & hooks
Landing pages & funnels
CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation)
Shopify optimisation
Growth experiments & testing
Building and managing a creative team
You'll work directly with the founder and help shape the systems, playbooks and processes that drive growth

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years hands-on experience in DTC e-commerce
Strong Shopify experience
Strong Meta Ads experience
Experience analysing ROAS, CAC, conversion rates and funnel performance
Ability to write copy, identify winning hooks and evaluate creatives
Excellent English communication skills
High accountability and ownership mentality
No Shopify experience
No Meta Ads experience
Poor written English
Frequent job hopping
Lack of data literacy
Looking for a management-only role
