About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and further development of HAI’s internal IT systems, server environments and networks
- Responsibility for our Microsoft environment (Windows, Azure, M365, Active Directory) as well as Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop
- Administration of the cloud, firewall and web technologies used at HAI
- Second-level support and troubleshooting for our internal users
- Management and implementation of IT infrastructure projects
- Close collaboration with internal business units and external outsourcing partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed IT qualification and relevant professional experience as an IT system administrator or IT project manager
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies, networking (LAN, WAN, WLAN, firewalls) and IT security; certifications are a plus
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style with a good understanding of processes
- Team player with strong communication skills and a high level of service orientation
- German at native/technical proficiency level and very good business English skills
