About the role

  • You develop and implement Java and web applications across both frontend and backend.
  • Guardian of quality: Clean Code, Test-Driven Development, and DevOps are not foreign to you.
  • You identify technical issues, optimize existing solutions, and devise creative approaches.
  • You work closely with other teams to find the best possible solutions for projects.
  • You are not only a developer but also a consultant in client projects.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in fullstack development, with a backend focus on Java; experience with Kotlin or Python is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of Java backend development with a focus on the Spring ecosystem, particularly Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework such as React or Angular.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud services.
  • Strong self-organization, team spirit, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ideally, (partial) project leadership experience.
  • Native-level German and comfortable communicating in English.
