Partner with product and engineering to launch new data offerings.
Shape the trajectory of a business line from the ground up and work cross-functionally to deliver curated datasets and annotation services.
Requirements
Onsite in Santa Clara, five days a week (applicants should apply only if this aligns).
Entrepreneurial and high-agency; thrive in zero-to-one environments and able to create decks, 1-pagers, and processes.
Strong presenter who makes technical and business concepts clear to any audience.
Fluent in AI model development; able to discuss concepts like SFT, RLHF, and data’s role in training.
High intellectual horsepower; quick to grasp complex ideas and adapt in fast-moving markets while building lasting relationships.
Experience in data, API, or platform sales, with exposure to AI labs, foundation model teams, or enterprise AI leaders (preferred).
A strong AI network and genuine curiosity about what’s next in model training and data (preferred).
