About the role
- You advise and support executive management and specialist departments on all legal matters
- You review, negotiate and draft, among others, construction contracts, service agreements and supply contracts
- You ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulations
- You represent the interests of HÖRMANN Kommunikation & Netze in arbitration proceedings and, as required, in court
- You liaise with internal and external partners, contractual counterparts and public authorities
- You work in the areas of construction law as well as individual and collective employment law
- You independently take on special projects and drive them forward
Requirements
- Completed legal studies – Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), Master of Laws (LL.M.), Diplom-Jurist (Dipl.-Jur.), State examination or comparable legal qualifications (the Second State Examination is not strictly required)
- Practical experience in a law firm or in-house legal department is desirable
- Analytical ability to clarify complex issues and problem-solving skills to develop legally secure approaches
- Precise handling of complex legal documents and contracts
- Ideally, expertise in construction and architect law
- Assertiveness, negotiation skills and goal-oriented communication abilities
- German at C2 level, English B1–B2
