About the role
- Proactively contact potential customers – primarily by phone, email and LinkedIn
- Schedule meetings for our Head of Sales
- Document all activities in the CRM system (calls, emails, follow-ups, contacts)
- Maintain and update contacts and research potential target customers
- Support organizational tasks in sales (e.g., meeting preparation, basic follow-up)
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enjoy proactive outreach — by phone, in writing and digitally
- Friendly persistence and reliability — you follow through
- Structured and independent way of working
- Confident computer skills and proficiency with MS Office
- Experience in customer contact, acquisition or as an assistant is a plus but not required
- Technical knowledge is not necessary — you will receive clear onboarding
- Diligence, reliability and enjoyment of repetitive tasks
