About the role

Supplier management: Build and maintain strong, sustainable business relationships with suppliers; negotiate prices and terms to optimize our procurement.
Project and process coordination: Contribute to the further development of procurement processes, incorporating modern technologies and AI-based platforms.
Cost optimization: Develop measures to sustainably reduce procurement costs through effective strategies.
Market and trend analysis: Monitor the market landscape and identify opportunities to optimize procurement strategy.
Risk management: Identify and mitigate risks within our supply chains.
Quality assurance: Ensure compliance with high quality standards through continuous inspection and monitoring.
Reporting and KPI systems: Create and maintain reporting systems and KPI dashboards to monitor and control procurement processes.
Teamwork: Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities into the overall corporate strategy.

Completed commercial or technical vocational training, or a degree in procurement, business administration, logistics, or another comparable qualification
Minimum 1–3 years of procurement experience, preferably with specialization in the construction sector
Strategic procurement skills or willingness to develop into a strategic purchasing role
Professional demeanor in negotiations, discretion and loyalty
Independent, solution-oriented working style with a strong commitment to performance
Familiarity with MS Office applications and the ERP system Business Central
