About the role
- Handling and accurate documentation of all purchasing processes for selected material and service categories
- Conducting and analyzing tenders
- Supplier selection
- Maintenance and development of existing suppliers
- Conclusion of framework agreements and supply contracts as well as project-related contracts with suppliers, and negotiation of corresponding terms in coordination with the Head of Purchasing
- Ensuring material supply for all company stakeholders
- Cross-departmental communication
- Participation in the digitization and continuous improvement of purchasing processes
- Implementation and support of new tools in the purchasing environment
- Further development and maintenance of the e-procurement system
Requirements
- Completed commercial training (e.g., Industrial Clerk) with a strong IT/digital focus or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in operational purchasing
- Strong negotiation skills
- Business-fluent English
- High level of commitment, team orientation and self-motivation
- Excellent MS Office skills and SAP experience
- Flexibility and resilience, with an independent and responsible working style
- Excellent communication skills
