About the role
- Further development of cost center and product profitability accounting (SAP)
- Analyze cost centers and cost units and develop and implement corrective measures
- Prepare product cost calculations
- Monthly analysis of data, production KPIs and processes, and derivation of actionable recommendations
- Analyze causes of actual vs. planned variances and develop adjustment measures
- Support profitability analyses for investment projects
- Contribute to the preparation of forecasts, budgets and multi-year planning
- Optimize and further develop controlling instruments/tools
Requirements
- Degree in business administration (BWL), industrial engineering, or a related field
- Experience in production controlling, ideally in the automotive sector
- Very good SAP skills (CO/FI/MM/PP)
- Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel)
- Analytical thinking and strong numerical aptitude
- Willingness to engage closely with production processes
- Assertiveness, initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
