About the role
- You are responsible for the entire recruiting process – from needs analysis to successful placement.
- You identify and engage suitable candidates via Xing, LinkedIn & other channels.
- You advise our group companies as an internal recruiting partner on equal footing – strategic, empathetic and solution-oriented.
- You further develop recruiting and employer branding measures and contribute your ideas to group-wide projects.
- You travel regularly to our companies, conduct in-person briefings and interviews, and build long-term relationships.
- You have the opportunity to develop toward employer branding and actively help shape our employer brand.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree with a focus on Human Resources, Communications, or Business.
- Several years of professional experience in recruiting, ideally in a corporate environment or in HR consulting.
- You are persuasive and reliable and present yourself confidently when dealing with managers.
- You work in an organized, solution-oriented way and enjoy advising a wide range of specialist departments.
- Experience with common recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., Softgarden, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar).
- You feel at home in the world of industry, engineering and SMEs and understand what drives our specialist departments.
- Willingness to travel: you are prepared to regularly visit our companies in Germany and provide on-site support.
