About the role

  • You are responsible for the entire recruiting process — from needs analysis to successful placement
  • You identify and engage suitable candidates via Xing, LinkedIn and other channels
  • You advise our companies as an internal recruiting partner on an equal footing — strategically, empathetically and solution-oriented
  • You further develop recruitment and employer branding initiatives and contribute your ideas to group-wide projects
  • You regularly travel to our companies, conduct in-person briefings and interviews, and build long-term relationships
  • You have the opportunity to develop towards employer branding and actively help shape our employer brand

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or a degree with a focus on HR, communications, or business administration
  • Several years of professional experience in recruiting, ideally within a corporate group or in recruitment consultancy
  • Confident, persuasive and reliable, with the ability to interact professionally with managers
  • Organized and solution-focused, with a strong interest in advising a variety of business units
  • Experience with common recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., Softgarden, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar)
  • Comfortable in the world of industry, technology and mid-sized businesses (Mittelstand) and able to understand what drives our functions
  • Willingness to regularly visit and provide on-site support to our companies across Germany
