About the role

  • Legal support: You advise and support management and specialist departments on all legal matters
  • Contract management: You review, negotiate, and draft, among others, construction contracts, service agreements, and supply contracts
  • Compliance & legal: You ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulations
  • Legal representation: You represent the interests of HÖRMANN Communication & Networks in arbitration proceedings and, as required, in court

Requirements

  • Education: Completed degree in law – Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), Master of Laws (LL.M.), Diplom-Jurist (Dipl.-Jur.), state examination, or equivalent legal qualifications (Second State Examination not mandatory)
  • Professional experience: Practical experience in a law firm or in-house at a company is desirable
  • Expertise: Analytical skills to clarify complex issues and the ability to develop legally sound solutions
  • Attention to detail: Precise handling of complex legal documents and contracts
  • Specialist knowledge: Ideally, expertise in construction and architects' law
  • Communication: Assertiveness, negotiation skills, and goal-oriented communication abilities
  • Languages: German at C2 level, English at B1–B2 level
  • Continuing education: Willingness to undertake regular professional development to maintain up-to-date legal knowledge
