About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect and develop new partnerships with local businesses, apartment communities, and organizations
- Conduct cold calls, warm outreach, and in-person meetings with decision-makers
- Attend networking and community events to promote GYMGUYZ services
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships
- Generate qualified leads and close partnership opportunities
- Represent the GYMGUYZ brand professionally in the community
Requirements
What you’ll need- Sales, business development, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person networking
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented
- Passion for health, fitness, or helping others is a plus.
