About the role

  • Provide professional telephone customer support for inbound phone and email channels
  • Manage cases, follow up and investigate customer queries
  • Support and update customers (merchants, plumbers, trade and retail centres) via phone and email with a friendly, efficient, solutions-focused approach
  • Multitask across various portals and systems to resolve enquiries
  • Build relationships and identify sales and revenue opportunities
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Complete onboarding and training to learn product and technical knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a contact centre environment with high volume calls
  • Strong technical aptitude and computer skills (preferably with Microsoft)
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers by phone and email
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
  • Openness to learn product and technical knowledge on GWA Product Range
  • Adaptable, resilient and able to think on your feet
  • Growth mindset and aptitude for learning
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Genesys is a bonus
  • Comfortable with using multiple portals and systems at the same time
  • Must be a citizen, permanent resident or hold all relevant employment visas and approvals for the location and duration of this position
