About the role
- Provide professional telephone customer support for inbound phone and email channels
- Manage cases, follow up and investigate customer queries
- Support and update customers (merchants, plumbers, trade and retail centres) via phone and email with a friendly, efficient, solutions-focused approach
- Multitask across various portals and systems to resolve enquiries
- Build relationships and identify sales and revenue opportunities
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Complete onboarding and training to learn product and technical knowledge
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a contact centre environment with high volume calls
- Strong technical aptitude and computer skills (preferably with Microsoft)
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers by phone and email
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Openness to learn product and technical knowledge on GWA Product Range
- Adaptable, resilient and able to think on your feet
- Growth mindset and aptitude for learning
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Genesys is a bonus
- Comfortable with using multiple portals and systems at the same time
- Must be a citizen, permanent resident or hold all relevant employment visas and approvals for the location and duration of this position
