About the role
- Converting qualified inbound leads through consultative, high-value conversations.
- Managing your sales pipeline with precision using CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus).
- Hosting one-on-one consultations and group sessions to inspire potential participants.
- Building authentic relationships with prospects and alumni to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Delivering against ambitious targets while maintaining exceptional customer experience.
- Contributing insights to continuously improve sales strategy and performance.
- Collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams to maximise conversion opportunities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven sales experience with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- A natural hunter – motivated, persistent, and energised by closing deals.
- Skilled communicator across phone, email, and live chat - able to connect quickly and persuasively.
- Organised, proactive, and driven by measurable results.
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems and digital tools.
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Passionate about purpose-driven work and eager to contribute to something bigger than yourself.
- Bonus points if you have: Experience in international education, travel, or social impact sectors. Exposure to global markets (US, EMEA, APAC). A background in consultative or solution-based sales.
