About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner directly with beef producers across Saskatchewan and Alberta
- Help producers achieve operational and financial goals
- Provide nutritional expertise and develop customized feeding programs
- Support producers with practical, on-farm solutions
- Grow the business and strengthen market presence
- Participate in market development and strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for agriculture and the beef industry
- 2+ years of sales experience in agriculture or a related field
- Strong understanding of beef production systems (cow/calf, backgrounding, finishing)
- Diploma or degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or Business (asset)
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Valid Canadian driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
