Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field required
MBA preferred

Proven track record of successfully managing operations and driving business growth
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with business management software and data analysis tools
Demonstrated ability to build and lead diverse teams
