About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate on the development, maintenance and optimization of Guru’s USD pipeline
Provide leadership and mentorship to Junior TDs
Define Guru’s pipeline strategies and goals
Provide innovative strategies and solutions to enhance Guru’s pipeline
Maintain and extend existing software solutions
Assist with problem-solving any day-to-day pipeline-related issues
Create/update/add pipeline tools to enhance and streamline workflows
Create/Update documentation, including training materials
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including IT

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 6 years of relevant industry experience
Previous experience developing for multiple USD pipelines
Experience with ASWF Asset spec will be considered an advantage
Experience developing for Unreal Engine will be considered an advantage
