About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You lead, develop and inspire the Reporting & Planning team
You are responsible for meaningful management reports and translate complex financial data into clear decisions
You manage budget, forecast and planning processes internationally
You analyze variances, derive concrete recommendations for action and optimize financial performance
You design modern, efficient finance processes and improve collaboration between Finance and business units
You drive digitalization, automation and the meaningful use of AI in finance
You work closely with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance & Controlling, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional and leadership experience in reporting, planning, controlling or analytics – ideally in an international growth environment
Experience in international, cross-functional projects, e.g., group consolidation
Very good knowledge of SAP FI/CO as well as reporting and data visualization tools
Strong analytical skills, quality awareness and a hands-on mentality
Enjoyment in intelligently further developing established processes
Confident communication in German and English – including with international stakeholders
