Key responsibilities & impact

Individual and department level oversight of contracts management
Conducts negotiations, reviews, and management of domestic and international contracts
Provides SME support for proposal activities
Reviews and coordinates approvals of contractual documents
Advises leadership on contractual risks and obligations
Acts as the primary interface with customers
Manages contract change process and works with various disciplines
Ensures compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations
Manages and provides training to employees
Develops and implements new business practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related curriculum
8 years Contracts management or related experience
2 years managing employees, programs, or processes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Sharepoint)
Ability to manage work, set objectives, and meet commitments
Capability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
