About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Will be responsible for Medicare pricing and risk revenue analytics.
- Managing Actuaries typically manage one or more direct reports and are responsible for their team’s work, reviews, and development, as well as being responsible for producing their own work
- Participate in the Actuarial Rotation program which provides the opportunity to rotate to a different team every 3-4 years.
- Support pricing, trend analytics, gross margin reporting, and financial reporting related to ACA, Medicare, Group, Reserves, Segment, and other teams
- Actuarial representation on cross-functional workgroups as an active participant
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years related, successful, progressive professional work experience
- Math/Statistics or related Bachelor's degree required
- Current and active Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA)
- Background in health insurance field
- Strong communication
- Proficient in Excel, SAS, and SQL
