About the role
- Support and analyze activities related to the Direct Pay, Local Group and National Accounts Market Segments and all lines of business
- Increase knowledge of actuarial science and insurance theory & practice, progressing to the FSA designation
- Rate analysis and development
- Forecast/variance analysis and reporting
- Claim trend analysis
Requirements
- Completion of one or more of the examinations from the Society of Actuaries
- Related Bachelor's degree required Math/Statistics or related degree
- 0-1 year of related previous work experience at Florida Blue or equivalent combination or transferable experience and education
