Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure accuracy and compliance of payroll-related financial processes.
Prepare and maintain payroll account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
Provide support for internal and external audits and maintain compliance records.
Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Maintain accurate tax jurisdiction setup in payroll systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years related work experience.
Related Bachelor's degree required Accounting or Finance
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Excel
Experience with General Ledger ERP systems
Experience with Oracle HCM and ADP preferred
FPC or CPP Certification Preferred
