- Own the College Counseling and Graduate Admissions Businesses & Drive Strategy
- Collaborate with business unit leaders and the President to co-author the annual budget
- Build the Operating System and standardized processes for sales and service delivery
- Lead a 100+ person division and act as the chief culture officer
Requirements
- 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience
- Background in and passion for Education or Ed-Tech sectors
- Proven track record of managing a services P&L of $10M+
- Experience leading large, distributed teams (100+)
- Expert in unifying cultures and leading transformation
