Requirements
What you’ll need- Confidence in building and executing independent sourcing strategies, including advanced Boolean search techniques
- Experience sourcing in a fast-paced environment for hard-to-fill Engineering roles
- Strong expertise in sourcing AI talent, with a deep understanding of the technical skill sets, tools, and candidate profiles required for AI-focused roles
- Ability to work independently with flexibility and accountability
- Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse preferred).
