About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide clients with the homebuying or refinancing process, delivering a transparent and professional customer experience
- Convert leads into funded home financing contracts, consistently achieving a target of 3-4 closed contracts per month
- Exhibit unwavering dedication to surpassing monthly home financing sales goals
- Manage an active pipeline by following up with clients, responding to inbound leads, and generating new business through networking, outreach, and referrals
- Host and attend outreach events and educational seminars promoting our Sharia-Compliant home financing product at local mosques, organizations, and community gatherings
- Build relationships with referral partners, including real estate agents and community leaders
- Collect and review required loan documentation ensuring completeness and accuracy
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in articulating product or service features, benefits, and value
- Detail-oriented and the ability to manage multiple priorities and clients simultaneously
- Familiarity and connection with local Muslim-American communities and Mosques required
- Bilingual - English/Urdu or Arabic preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and managers via telephone, email, and in person
