About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Guide clients with the homebuying or refinancing process, delivering a transparent and professional customer experience
  • Convert leads into funded home financing contracts, consistently achieving a target of 3-4 closed contracts per month
  • Exhibit unwavering dedication to surpassing monthly home financing sales goals
  • Manage an active pipeline by following up with clients, responding to inbound leads, and generating new business through networking, outreach, and referrals
  • Host and attend outreach events and educational seminars promoting our Sharia-Compliant home financing product at local mosques, organizations, and community gatherings
  • Build relationships with referral partners, including real estate agents and community leaders
  • Collect and review required loan documentation ensuring completeness and accuracy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience in articulating product or service features, benefits, and value
  • Detail-oriented and the ability to manage multiple priorities and clients simultaneously
  • Familiarity and connection with local Muslim-American communities and Mosques required
  • Bilingual - English/Urdu or Arabic preferred
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and managers via telephone, email, and in person
