About the role
- Your primary responsibility is to secure home financing applications resulting in at least 3-4 closed home financing contracts per month
- Offer top-notch customer service, ensuring a transparent and professional home financing process for clients
- Exhibit unwavering dedication to surpassing monthly home financing sales goals
- Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations, spotlighting the advantages of our Sharia-Compliant home financing product
- Arrange and lead educational seminars at local mosques, organizations, and community gatherings to inform potential customers about our services
- Collaborate closely with our knowledgeable management team to stay informed about industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in articulating product or service features, benefits, and value
- Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge, exposure, and familiarity with local Mosques and the surrounding Muslim-American community required
- Bilingual - English/Urdu or Arabic preferred
- Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and managers verbally or in writing via advanced telephone and email skills, as well as in person
- A genuine passion for going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
