About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Your primary responsibility is to secure home financing applications resulting in at least 3-4 closed home financing contracts per month.
Offer top-notch customer service, ensuring a transparent and professional home financing process for clients.
Exhibit unwavering dedication to surpassing monthly home financing sales goals.
Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations, spotlighting the advantages of our Sharia-Compliant home financing product.
Arrange and lead educational seminars at local mosques, organizations, and community gatherings to inform potential customers about our services.
Collaborate closely with our knowledgeable management team to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred
Experience in articulating product or service features, benefits, and value
Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge, exposure, and familiarity with local Mosques and the surrounding Muslim-American community required.
Bilingual - English/Urdu or Arabic preferred
Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and managers verbally or in writing via advanced telephone and email skills, as well as in person.
A genuine passion for going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
