About the role

  • Your primary responsibility is to secure home financing applications resulting in at least 3-4 closed home financing contracts per month.
  • Exhibit unwavering dedication to surpassing monthly home financing contract goals.
  • Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations, spotlighting the advantages of our Sharia-Compliant home financing product.
  • Arrange and lead educational seminars at local mosques, organizations, and community gatherings to inform potential customers about our services.
  • Offer top-notch customer service, ensuring a transparent and professional home financing process for clients.
  • Collaborate closely with our knowledgeable management team to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales or customer service experience is a plus
  • Purpose driven, self-motivated, focused on personal growth & development
  • Knowledge, exposure, and familiarity with local Mosques and the surrounding Muslim-American community required.
  • Bilingual - English/Somali required.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and managers verbally or in writing via advanced telephone and email skills, as well as in person.
