Offer top-notch customer service, ensuring a transparent and professional home financing process

Arrange and lead educational seminars at local mosques, organizations, and community gatherings

2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred
Experience in articulating product or service features, benefits, and value
Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge, exposure, and familiarity with local Mosques and the surrounding Muslim-American community required
Bilingual - English/Urdu or Arabic preferred
Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and managers verbally or in writing via advanced telephone and email skills, as well as in person
