About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform all secretarial and administrative support tasks for the Executive Committee
- Prepare reports related to the department's activities
- Collect, consolidate and monitor the budget
- Prepare and organize various institutional meetings
- Serve as an information relay and provide continuous communication to all stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Diploma or degree (2 to 4 years post-secondary education) in Administration or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Proficient with office tools: Excel, Outlook, Teams, CoPilote, SAP
- Excellent French (written and spoken) and professional working proficiency in English
