About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare exam rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure necessary equipment is ready for dentists
Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating needs
Take and process patient X-rays
Perform lab tasks as instructed
Greet patients and schedule appointments
Advise patients on recommended oral hygiene
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
Deliver oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
Handle general administrative and other duties to maintain the dental practice
Travel between two locations as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-2 years of Dental Assisting experience preferred
Knowledge of general anatomy of the mouth and dental terms
Understanding of crowns, fillings, extractions, root canals, and implants
Strong communication skills
Outstanding professionalism and high moral standards
Self-motivated work ethic
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Driven personality and commitment to providing excellent patient care
Able to travel between 2 locations
