About the role
- Support day-to-day administrative and office operations
- Manage incoming and outgoing email correspondence
- Maintain organized digital files and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as needed
- Ensure internal processes align with company policies and basic health and safety standards
- Provide administrative assistance to senior staff, including scheduling meetings and preparing documents
- Maintain company records, databases, contracts, and invoices
- Prepare internal reports, letters, and routine business communications
- Assist with document tracking and data accuracy
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role
- Experience supporting office operations and managing documentation
- Comfortable using office productivity tools, cloud-based systems, and databases
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.
