About the role

  • Provide support to the management and other staff at GTC 360.
  • Conduct research, process paperwork, maintain databases, and distribute information.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, manage travel arrangements.
  • Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Coordinate project deliverables and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Maintain and manage office services by organizing office operations, procedures, and resources.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or relevant field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant in a corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficient use of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Professional certificate in office management is a plus.
