About the role
- Provide support to the management and other staff at GTC 360.
- Conduct research, process paperwork, maintain databases, and distribute information.
- Schedule meetings and appointments, manage travel arrangements.
- Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
- Coordinate project deliverables and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Maintain and manage office services by organizing office operations, procedures, and resources.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or relevant field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficient use of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional certificate in office management is a plus.
