About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with advanced biomethane upgrading technology, helping our customers operate their plants safely, efficiently, and reliably
Following a structured onboarding program, take responsibility for a dedicated customer base within your assigned region, allowing you to build long-term customer relationships and become the trusted technical expert for your plants
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and corrective maintenance on biomethane upgrading plants
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues
Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems, instrumentation, sensors, actuators, and field devices
Service compressors, pumps, valves, and other plant equipment
Support commissioning, plant upgrades, and performance optimization
Prepare and complete digital service reports and technical documentation
Plan and prepare spare parts and materials for scheduled maintenance activities
Provide technical support and advice to customers while working closely with the Service Area Manager and technical support teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field
Several years of experience in industrial maintenance or field service
Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
Basic knowledge of PLCs, frequency converters, instrumentation, and process control systems
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
Willingness to travel, with an average of up to 10 overnight stays per month
Valid driver's license
Work authorization in the country required
