About the role

  • Perform accounting analysis and month-end close; prepare and deliver reports to clients.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and keep the department and shared areas organized.
  • Record accounting entries and post necessary adjustments.
  • Reconcile all balance sheet and income statement accounts.
  • Prepare accounting reports (Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Income Statement / DRE, General Ledger, Journal, Statement of Changes in Equity / DMPL, Cash Flow Statement / DFC, and explanatory notes) related to the monthly close.
  • File Daily Books with the Commercial Registries.
  • Calculate and submit DARF for IOF on loans.
  • Calculate and submit IRPJ and CSLL for clients under the Lucro Real (Real Profit) tax regime.
  • Provide client support through available communication channels and systems.
  • Send and monitor responses related to pending issues identified during reconciliations.
  • Monitor updates to accounting standards.
  • Provide guidance and oversight of work performed by assistants and clerks.
  • SPED Contábil.
  • SPED ECF.
  • Use of AI tools.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (full Office suite).
  • Knowledge of corporate and accounting legislation.
  • Knowledge of Income Tax regulations.
  • Experience with AI tools.
  • Experience with the Domínio system.
