About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review of accounting entries, ensuring correct classification within the applicable chart of accounts (financial and managerial)
Reconciliation of accounting and financial balances and analysis of discrepancies
Month-end accounting close
Analysis of trial balances and financial statements
Submission/delivery of required reports to manufacturers (automakers)
Staying up to date on legislation relevant to the business and area of operation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Knowledge of accounting regulations
Knowledge of business-related/industry-specific legislation
Experience with LINX DMS
Advanced Excel skills
Behavioral Competencies:
Analytical ability
Systemic thinking (ability to see the bigger picture)
Precision, accuracy, and assertiveness
