About the role
- Support the analysis team in evaluating investment products, such as funds, ETFs, fixed income and others.
- Collect, process and organize market data in spreadsheets, dashboards and reports.
- Assist in maintaining and updating models, databases and internal tools.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, studies and support materials.
- Support the creation of content for YouTube, social media and reports, including research, scripts, charts, tables and market insights.
- Monitor news, economic indicators and other relevant financial market information.
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes, implement automations and increase day-to-day efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields.
- Strong quantitative foundation, comfortable with numbers and logical reasoning.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel (data organization, formulas and charts), with willingness to progress.
- Intermediate/advanced English, with the ability to read and understand technical materials.
- Genuine interest in financial markets, investments and financial education.
- Organized, detail-oriented, responsible and collaborative profile with a hands-on attitude.
- Real desire to learn, grow as an analyst and work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
- Availability to work on-site at least 3 times per week.
- Programming knowledge (Python is a strong plus; R, VBA or similar also count).
- Experience with Power BI or other BI and data visualization tools.
- Previous experience (internship or employment) in research, asset management firms, banks, brokerages, financial consultancies or related areas.
- Interest or experience with large datasets and the automation of analytical routines.
- Experience producing finance-related content (articles, newsletters, videos, scripts, posts).
- CNPI (Brazilian National Analyst Certification) completed or in progress will be considered a strong plus.
- If not already certified, availability and interest in obtaining the certification after joining is required; the company will sponsor it.
- Other financial market certifications (CPA-20, CEA, CFP® or equivalents) will be considered a plus.
