About the role

  • Act as the functional bridge between business areas and the technology team
  • Elicit, structure, and detail functional requirements and business rules
  • Translate needs into clear, actionable specifications
  • Prototype solutions using modern tools (low-code, AI-assisted, etc.)
  • Build applications and automations using AI, n8n, and Vibecode tools
  • Design and implement integrations via APIs, Webhooks, and Postbacks
  • Support prioritization of requests with a focus on business value
  • Validate deliveries with stakeholders and ensure alignment with the original objectives
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and efficiency gains

Requirements

  • Experience as a functional analyst, product analyst, business analyst, or similar role
  • Strong ability to understand business processes
  • Experience with system integrations (APIs, Webhooks, etc.)
  • Familiarity with automation tools (preferably n8n or similar)
  • Experience or strong interest in using AI to build solutions (agents, automations, copilots, etc.)
  • Ability to prototype quickly (including with no-code/low-code tools)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to organize information
  • Clear communication between technical and non-technical teams
