About the role

  • Development and maintenance of websites, landing pages, and web applications
  • Creation of pages focused on conversion (CRO) and performance
  • Building landing pages and websites using WordPress (Elementor, theme customization, plugins, etc.)
  • Integrating systems via APIs (REST, Webhooks, Postbacks)
  • Building and maintaining automations using n8n
  • Implementing AI-driven flows / intelligent agents (chatbots, automations, data enrichment, etc.)
  • Integrations with CRM tools, funnels, and marketing platforms
  • Technical support for Growth, Marketing, and Innovation teams
  • Rapid prototyping of solutions using modern tools (low-code / AI-assisted)

Requirements

  • Experience in Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress (page creation, performance, basic technical SEO, integrations via plugins or custom code)
  • Familiarity or experience with modern frameworks (React, Next.js, etc.) — a plus
  • Experience creating landing pages
  • Knowledge of API integrations
  • Experience with automation tools (preferably n8n, Zapier or similar)
  • Familiarity with using AI in day-to-day work (ChatGPT, agents, automations, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of UX/UI and Web Design
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
