About the role

  • Design, develop, test and maintain back-end systems using Python, Java, Node.js or Go, with strong integration to DevOps practices.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications, with support from technical leadership.
  • Work according to the defined architecture for pipelines, environments and infrastructure based on Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins.
  • Apply coding best practices, testing (JUnit, PyTest), version control (Git) and deployment automation.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, performance problems and production bugs, focusing on observability and reliability.
  • Monitor systems using Prometheus, Grafana and/or Datadog.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical refinements and agile planning.
  • Document systems, pipelines and technical decisions in Confluence, Wiki or similar tools.
  • Actively contribute to the technical growth of the team by sharing knowledge about infrastructure, automation and backend development.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with DevOps and back-end development.
  • Solid knowledge of containers, orchestration and infrastructure as code.
  • Experience with CI/CD, automation and monitoring.
  • Good analytical skills, organization and incident response capability.
  • Collaborative profile with a continuous improvement mindset and technical responsibility.
