About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and lead the organic growth strategy for OLX, ZAP and Viva Real
  • Build an integrated SEO roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Evolve SEO from a traffic channel into an engine for generating incremental value
  • Structure and scale on-page and off-page content strategy
  • Lead content creation at scale
  • Integrate content into the user journey
  • Develop content differentiators based on proprietary data
  • Build a robust digital PR and backlink acquisition strategy
  • Develop partnerships with social media teams, publishers and channels
  • Increase organic share of voice against competitors
  • Lead technical evolution backlog with engineering and product teams
  • Ensure excellence in Core Web Vitals, indexing and crawling, information architecture, rendering and performance
  • Influence product roadmaps to maximize organic impact
  • Lead presence strategy in LLMs and response engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
  • Develop content optimized for Answer Engines (AEO)
  • Monitor and grow participation in AI-mediated search
  • Define an SEO impact measurement model beyond sessions
  • Evolve metrics to organic leads, incremental revenue, share of voice and visibility in LLMs
  • Work closely with the data team for advanced analyses
  • Lead and develop the SEO team
  • Manage external vendors and partners
  • Ensure execution with high quality and speed
  • Work integrated with media, CRM, product, data and the Martech team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience in SEO at large-scale digital companies (marketplaces, e‑commerce, classifieds or similar)
  • Proven experience in organic growth (traffic, leads or revenue)
  • Experience with technical SEO, content and off-page
  • Experience integrating SEO with product and engineering
  • Experience in B2C and B2B environments
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Analytical mindset and data orientation
  • High critical thinking and intolerance for mediocre results
  • Ability to influence stakeholders (product, engineering, leadership)
  • Hands-on profile with systemic vision
  • High prioritization skills in complex environments
  • Advanced English
  • Preferred / Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience with marketplaces (two-sided: supply & demand)
  • Knowledge of AEO / GEO / AI Search
  • Experience leveraging proprietary data for content
  • Experience with large volumes of pages (millions of URLs)
  • Experience with tools such as Botify, GSC, BigQuery, etc.
