About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain end-to-end training pipelines, including versioning, testing, and deployment of ML models;
Implement MLOps practices for automation, monitoring, and maintenance of models in production;
Work in partnership with AI Scientists to turn experiments into production-ready solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong knowledge of SQL and Python;
Experience with numerical analysis and modeling;
Experience in data product management, ensuring technical solutions address real business problems;
Willingness and strong engagement to explore and participate in use cases involving Generative AI;
Good stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to document, translate, and communicate complex insights to audiences with diverse backgrounds;
Ability to conduct consistent and clear quantitative analyses, from problem framing through to executive presentation of results;
Autonomy to write code and build functional prototypes without direct dependence on software engineers;
Collaborative mindset with concise communication and active listening to value different perspectives.
