About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complex Problem Solving: Lead strategic diagnostics for the company’s most critical challenges, using structured frameworks to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
- Executive Storytelling and Communication: Build compelling narratives and high-quality materials for the C-suite and Board, turning technical analyses into actionable, persuasive recommendations.
- Planning Cycle Management: Orchestrate the annual strategic planning cycle and quarterly reviews, ensuring alignment across product/engineering, commercial, and marketing teams.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor technology trends and market movements (especially in classifieds/marketplace sectors) to anticipate risks and opportunities.
- Cross-functional Partnership: Act as an internal influencer, ensuring tactical execution stays connected to the long-term vision.
- New Business Development: Map, build, and defend investment cases and orchestrate the execution of new business opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Consulting Background: Prior experience at top-tier strategy consultancies.
- Technology Expertise: Strong experience in the technology sector, preferably with digital classifieds or marketplace companies.
- Masterful Storyteller: Exceptional executive communication skills; you know how to structure a presentation that "tells a story" and moves the audience.
- Natural Problem Solver: Proven ability to structure problems from scratch, perform financial/statistical modeling, and derive practical insights.
- Fluent English: Daily and mandatory use of the language for global interactions and international benchmark analysis.
- Intellectual Curiosity: You don’t stop at the first answer and seek to deeply understand how business models evolve.
- MBA from a reputable school (national or international).
- Experience managing OKRs or growth metrics.
