What you’ll need

Consulting Background: Prior experience at top-tier strategy consultancies.
Technology Expertise: Strong experience in the technology sector, preferably with digital classifieds or marketplace companies.
Masterful Storyteller: Exceptional executive communication skills; you know how to structure a presentation that "tells a story" and moves the audience.
Natural Problem Solver: Proven ability to structure problems from scratch, perform financial/statistical modeling, and derive practical insights.
Fluent English: Daily and mandatory use of the language for global interactions and international benchmark analysis.
Intellectual Curiosity: You don’t stop at the first answer and seek to deeply understand how business models evolve.
MBA from a reputable school (national or international).
Experience managing OKRs or growth metrics.
