About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform active client prospecting;
- Conduct consultative sales via phone and WhatsApp;
- Assess clients' needs and propose the best solution;
- Manage objections and negotiate contracts with a focus on ROI;
- Ensure the closing of new contracts to expand the customer base
Requirements
What you’ll need- Commercial drive, resilience in negotiation, persuasive ability and ownership of the sales process;
- Proven experience as a Hunter (focus on new business);
- Proficiency in sales techniques (SPIN Selling, GPCT or similar);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience in the real estate sector or in technology (SaaS) is a plus.
