About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform active client prospecting;
  • Conduct consultative sales via phone and WhatsApp;
  • Assess clients' needs and propose the best solution;
  • Manage objections and negotiate contracts with a focus on ROI;
  • Ensure the closing of new contracts to expand the customer base

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Commercial drive, resilience in negotiation, persuasive ability and ownership of the sales process;
  • Proven experience as a Hunter (focus on new business);
  • Proficiency in sales techniques (SPIN Selling, GPCT or similar);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience in the real estate sector or in technology (SaaS) is a plus.
