About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and develop two engineering teams, working closely with Product, Design, and Data disciplines;
Ensure teams deliver with quality, speed, and alignment with business objectives;
Foster a high-performance environment focused on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement;
Support and track the growth of team members through regular feedback and development plans;
Ensure alignment and effective communication across squads and stakeholders;
Monitor and evolve engineering metrics (quality, performance, productivity);
Contribute to the tribe's strategic decisions, linking technology to business impact.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field;
Background in Software Development;
Experience in people management and leadership of engineering teams;
Experience with distributed systems and high-scale/high-availability environments;
Knowledge of system architecture and engineering best practices;
Experience working in cross-functional teams (product, design, data);
Strong communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels;
Ability to make data-driven decisions focused on business impact;
Familiarity with experimentation (A/B testing) and user experience optimization.
