Senior Product Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Full Product Cycle (Upstream and Downstream): Ensure strategy turns into real delivery by planning, executing, and tracking from Discovery through final deployment, making sure what was planned is delivered with excellence.
- Work in a Product Trio (Engineering, Design, and Product): Collaborate closely with Engineering for technical feasibility, Design for user-centered experience, and Product Marketing (PMM) to ensure the value of new features is correctly communicated to the market.
- Make Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze funnel and behavioral metrics daily to generate hypotheses and prioritize what truly moves the sales needle.
- Execute with Agility: Implement everything from quick validations to A/B testing to validate assumptions quickly, ensuring learning comes before large-scale development.
- Map and Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify value, feasibility, usability, and business risks to prevent the team from encountering surprises midway.
- Manage the Roadmap and Stakeholders: Balance expectations from different business areas with product vision, maintaining a transparent roadmap focused on value.
- Refine and Communicate Precisely: Write detailed user stories, manage the backlog with clear prioritization, and keep stakeholders informed about progress, wins, and learnings from each cycle.
- Ensure Delivery Quality: Perform constant validations ("is it live?", "is it working as intended?") to ensure the user experience is impeccable after launch.
- Drive Business Impact: Ensure deliveries achieve the desired business impact, pivoting when necessary.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a Product Manager: Previous experience managing digital products, preferably in B2B contexts.
- Growth and Funnel Optimization Focus: Hands-on experience managing the conversion funnel, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities to lift acquisition, activation, and retention metrics through continuous experimentation and scale.
- End-to-End Ownership: Responsibility over the full product cycle (Upstream and Downstream), ensuring quality from refinement to production validation.
- Organization and Backlog Management Skills: Ability to structure routines and keep delivery planning aligned, ensuring predictability for the team.
- Data Autonomy: Ability to collect, interpret data and turn it into actionable insights. You should be proficient with data analysis tools to extract indicators and validate hypotheses independently.
- Assertive Communication and Collaboration: Ability to connect Engineering, Design, and Stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment at all stages.
- Resilience in Ambiguous Scenarios: Comfortable operating in fast-changing environments, turning uncertainties into clear action plans.
- Business and Strategic Vision: Understanding how the product fits into the company's macro objectives and the market, ensuring the roadmap aligns with financial sustainability and business competitiveness.
- Curiosity and Market Awareness: Constantly seeking benchmarks and a deep understanding of user behavior to propose continuous improvements in the customer journey.
